Dharana means to focus. “Yoga-dharana is a yoga class focused on true aim of yoga, and for maintenance of physical and mental Health”.

Yoga and Ayurveda are sister concerns, they originate from the same source of knowledge and are based on a mind-body-soul unit of health. The yoga therapy adds the ayurvedic healing process of the patient with yoga practices which the yoga tradition and also medical science find to have particular curative effects. For example, with lower back pain or insomnia, there are very specific yoga positions and postures for practicing, also specialized practices of regulating nervous system and awareness.
During the session our specialist yoga therapist will work with you to come up with a preliminary plan of daily practice, training you for those practices in following sessions.
Yoga therapy may include postures, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation techniques, or the promotion of behavioral changes.
